Before you pay

Your written quote identifies the work, permitted use or deliverables, total fee, charge currency, relevant taxes or fees, and delivery conditions. Do not send a payment based only on a website image or an unapproved request.

We aim to support local and international customers. Available payment methods and currencies will be confirmed for your invoice. We do not currently promise checkout in every currency.

After payment

We confirm receipt against the payment provider or receiving account. A payment screenshot or a return to the website is not, by itself, confirmation that funds have cleared.

For image licensing, payment does not expand the written license. Clean files are delivered privately after payment and rights approval are confirmed.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

The quote states the cancellation and refund terms before payment. Contact Ladder promptly if you paid twice, paid the wrong amount or need to change the agreed use. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refund arrangements are reviewed against the agreed terms and payment record. Please do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes by email.
